Our aim is to provide "Training & Support" to individuals or companies who wish to learn the basics of D.O.E (Design Of Experiment) methodology. We also offer consultation services to those who want to "apply" this simple-yet-powerful technique to their processes, as part of an "Optimization" tool set.

Every "Process", by definition, has inputs (Control Factors), which if properly understood & controlled, will result in an "Optimized" output. D.O.E helps quantify the effect of control factors on our process-output, and through statistical analysis, offers optimum process settings. Even less controllable "Noise Factors" can be investigated with D.O.E, leading to process robustness against noise..

We neither practice nor encourage the use of complex statistical procedures. Such complexities act only as a deterrent and frankly, scare many of us away from harvesting the benefits of this wonderful technique. We believe, and have repeatedly demonstrated, that basic D.O.E concepts can easily be applied by "ALL of us", in order to optimize processes, thereby saving costs as well as improving product quality. Through "Process-Robustness", D.O.E Optimizations are "longer-lasting" and not temporary.
